When I was in the area hunting a few caches I thought that it would be a great place for another.  Luckily had a few to choose from in my backpack and I started looking for a suitable spot.  As I was approaching a likely hiding spot I noticed what I thought was some litter.  As I got closer I noticed that it was a wallet that was laying open on the ground.  When I picked it up it was frozen to the ground so it took a little effort to pry it up.  It belonged to one of the university students, who was also a fellow veteran so I brought it out with me to drop off with campus security.  I decided place the cache within just a few feet of where I found the wallet and named the cache after him.
