Este é um trilho muito conhecido, pela sua beleza aa nivel da flora local que é muito diversicada e tambem pelos trilhos estreitos muitoa agradaveis de passear, ao fim de semana é muito frequentado por Betettistas.

Este trilho tem cerca de 4,5 km de extenção, tem varias entradas mas as mais conhecidas são as da Estrada da Rasca e a da Ribeira da Comenda.
