Diamond tycoon Gustav Graves is the identity Colonel Moon took on after using gene therapy to change. Graves uses his alleged 'hunger-fighting' satellite Icarus as a weapon that North Korea can use to destroy South Korea. Bond doesn't realize the switch in identity has taken place until the unveiling of Icarus, where he sees Koreans at the party, hinting to him Graves isn't who he seems.
