A gathereing of another successful year of Geocaching.
Time: 8:00pm til 9.30pm - or as late as people stay! I aim to be in place around 7.30pm.
Date: Tuesday 31/12/13 – the last day of 2013!!!!!!
Place: Dame Mary Gilmore Reserve – at the listed coordinates
What: Meeting, Greeting & Eating, Watching the Fireworks go off from Sydney Harbour
Parking: Free parking is available at the Coles Carpark (see additional waypoints)
Public Transport: Catch a bus to ???. The event is right behind the bus stop.(i will post the route and stop at a later date when i confirm the route and stop)
What to bring:
- Your GPS or phone – so you can find us and any caches in the area that you haven’t found yet.
- A pen/pencil for every member of your caching group
- Trackables for discovering and/or swapping.
- If you want to have a meal, BYO dinner. There are a few Take-Away Restaurants in close proximity to the Event.
- Picnic blanket and/or chairs - unfortunately there are no tables and few chairs where we're meeting.
- Anything else that you would bring to a NYE Party (NO ACOHOL PLEASE)
