The Standard Restaurant
130 S. Main Street
Time 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Come join us at a new location. We are still down town where it all started, at a place that has some of the best food around. We have the whole building to ourselves, no pushing or shoving. Indoors or out on the patio, it is up to you. Plenty of room to mix and mingle. Four pool tables if you feel so inclined, and a full bar if you must. Order off the menu, whatever you like it's up to you. Come and meet old friends or make some new ones. Tell us about your days caching adventure or just make something up.
This year we are proud to present a showing of the Geocaching International Film Festival "GIFF" at our warm up event.
A year ago, Geocaching HQ invited cachers from around the world to submit video clips with a geocaching theme: 1-2 entries per cacher, 1-5 minutes in length, color or B&W, talkies or silent. The entries were judged by geocaching organizations around the world.
Now we have the opportunity to have this unique experience right here in Yuma AZ.. During the Meet and Greet, the televisions around the restaurant will be continuously playing the adventures of Geocachers from around the world. Take the time and watch this short video and enjoy dinner.
Don't forget to fill out a ticket and drop it in the popcorn bucket to be eligible to win free movie passes to Harkins Theatres. A drawing will be held at 6:00 p.m. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
