Geocache Description:

This milestone marks 7 miles to the Old Townhouse This is the eighth milestone in a series dedicated to the old milestones along Main Road between Simonstown and Cape Town. Traditionally all milestones measured the distance to the Old Townhouse which stood on what is known as Greenmarket Square today. The location of the cache is close to the VII milestone.

This is a difficult miestone to spot, in that it hides behind a lamp post. It marks seven miles to the Old Townhouse. There is parking on the pavement right next to the milestone or over the road at the filling station. The cache is close by and it is an easy park n grab. It's a micro but not magnetic.
