At the posted coords you will need to find and retrieve the starting container. Its contents will give you the information you need to reach the final. This isn't a tradional hide so you will need your geosense and potentially a bag of tricks. This will take a little while to execute. If you are looking for a quick multi-cache, this is not likely that type. I would guess about 15 mins. Best of Luck !!!
Across the street there is a nice monument. I attempted a hide but came up empty for a good cache location. I am going to include details about that location here. You will need to cross the street to visit the monument. No part of this multi-cache will cross the road.
The monument is called "Union City Iron Furnace." The story dates back to 1847 and explains how Union City produced the first iron made from Michigan ores. What a neat monument!
I grew up in Union City and never knew this history until I started geocaching and became more keen to monuments and their importance.
Have Fun !!!
