Geocache Description:

Later 19th century. Single segmental-arched bridge with coped parapet, spanning Langton Burn; square-plan piers flanking with ashlar coping. Squared and snecked stugged sandstone with polished bracketed and jettied parapet. This bridge is quite a humble design, but utilises some detailing which shows care and attention, along with significant financial input. It has recently been repointed, 1996.
