Patriotic Slogan Mystery Cache

This is a two stage virtual multi.  That means you have to solve a simple field puzzle at the posted coordinates to get the coordinates to the final.

When you get to the posted coordinates, you'll find a patriotic slogan.  Using that slogan, solve as follows:
