This cache is a replacement cache for the one that was taken away from Taco Villa. It is a brand new cache with a different GC code. Instead of just changing the coords, Chuck Walla has allowed it to become a new cache in itself so you can earn another smiley! However, if you have already completed this series, that's all the smileys you get.
