We were on our way going nowhere slowly enjoying the 4x4 route from Epupa Falls to the Himba village while on holiday in Namibia. We decided not to go all the way and looked for the perfect stop to have a drink before we head back to camp. We found ourselves crossing a tributary stream to the Cunene river. While having a drink and enjoying the view we decided that this spot would be perfect for a cache. After using what we had on hand seeing that this was completely unplanned, we placed this cache using some improvised items from the different vehicles. With some trouble, initiative, and a bit of a monkey climb we managed to place the cache. Afterwards we drove straight North in the dry river bed to where it meets the Cunene river (600m), returned, and went back to our camp.
