- If you log a find without following the logging requirements on the cache page your log will be permanently deleted.
- If you log a find without meeting the qualifications for the challenge your log will be deleted, but you may relog it whenever you do qualify.
- NOTE: Referencing Project GC as proof that you qualify DOES NOT meet the logging requirements for any of these caches. Project GC is not always right, and they have a disclaimer on their page stating that.
This is part of a series of challenge caches which are all about non-traditional cache types. Some will be easy, and designed to introduce new cachers to these other cache types. Others will be difficult for even the most experienced cachers. Most will fall somewhere between these extremes. Anybody may log any of the challenges, and may use new or old finds to qualify. The only requirement is that you meet the challenge shown below. The actual hides will be easy, the difficulty rating reflects the difficulty of the challenge. The terrain rating is for the actual hide.
This is challenge number 53 - the last in this series. This one is probably one of the hardest caches in the series. Please read the requirements carefully to be sure you qualify.
You may sign the log at any time, but you can only log the cache after you meet the requirements below.
To prove that you meet the requirements tell what year you did it, and what was your total for the year. I can check your profile page to verify (if your profile page is not public then you will have to send me a list of your caches). If you would prefer, you can include a bookmark list, but it is not required. Fifty-two caches are required.
This is a very high muggle area. Please be careful when you get this cache.
This cache is the first one that I put on my list of possible challenges for the year. I decided to wait until the end to use it, because it gives you a final challenge that you can work on after the New Year. (It's the gift that just keep on giving).

- Find and log at least 52 earthcaches in a calendar year.
- This must be a calendar year, not just 12 straight months.
To verify that I have met these requirements you can check my profile page. I have done this for 11 consecutive years. (maybe this should be a challenge cache. )
