Fourth Day of Cachemas 2013 - Lights Mystery Cache

This is the fourth of 13 caches to close out 2013. The first stage is at the posted coordinates.  You will need the special tool referenced in the attributes to be able to see the second location.  I have kindly provided a couple of them:  Cachemas light and Cachemas Light 2.  If you drive to Kakabeka Falls without the special tool, lets just say you might be a bit grumpy. 

You may notice a "No Trespassing" sign en route to the cache.  Further along the trail becomes private property.  However, you will be on crown land as you hunt for this cache.
