Geocache Description:


Celebrate 5,000 Days of Geocaching
Who: You!
All cachers and their friends and families are invited. New cachers are especially welcome.

What:
Hang out with fellow geocachers, share caching stories and tips, trade & discover travel bugs and geocoins, meet the person behind the logbook signature, talk about geocaching plans for 2014, ask questions, have a hot drink and maybe a bun if you've been good . . . .

When: Thursday 9th January 2014 at 19:30hrs.

Where: BCSC Gazebo, Quay Street, Bangor (as per co-ordinates on listing)

We'll be heading to The Red Berry Coffee Company, 2-4 Main Street, Bangor afterwards (aiming to be seated upstairs around 19:50hrs).

Why: On 3rd May 2000, Dave Ulmer placed the first ever "geocache" and today is the 5000th day of Geocaching.

FTF: A logbook will be available to sign with FTF being drawn once everyone has done so. FTF prize is an un-activated geocoin.
