I know what you're thinking, a micro in the berg the CO's a bit of an idiot and your right, micro's in the berg are a bit stupid however this one has a point. It's part of the very clever spawned series started by KZN cacher LegoMikey. How it works is upon finding The Spawn GC4V6WV you are encouraged to take a cache container and spawn a cache from it.
So here is my attempt I thought this beautiful hike deserves another cache or ten so I placed this one here in the hopes that cachers would push themselves a little its only a 7-9km hike along some very well maintained trails. A strong hiker should be able to do this cache in just over 2 hours while the more unfit should plan for about 3 and a half. There is water all along the route and it is safe to drink.
The cache is located under a rock next to the path. Please note you do not have to leave the path to retreive the cache.
As with all berg caches please sign the mountain register before you go for a hike and be aware of the weather conditions. Although this cache does not require any scrambling or climbing there are several river crossings which can be dangerous if there have been recent heavy rains.
