The event lasts from noon to 1PM. You need to be at the location to sign the log book and claim the smiley!
For safety reasons many of us will go to this location in pairs or larger but the event itself is a bring your own picnic at the posted coordinates. Travel arrangements to the location will be posted nearer to the event.
