Geocache Description:

A quick park in grab at a new addition to a parking lot. 

I was driving around doing errons on the day before the holiday and I turned my head and saw some pretty fountains running. It is a warm day in winter so the water is not frozen. Drove into the parking lot and saw the new addition. A perfect spot for a cache.
