Geocache Description:

Ok, because of bad neighbors I had to relocate this cache. It is now "higher than it's ever been." Look to the north of where everyone has reported it has been. Thanks sysiir for the heads "up", it is most appreciated. This is my first cache so I wanted to make it fairly simple. Should be a quick PNG. ENJOY! Congratulations to Marshwin for the FTF.
