This cache should be pretty easy to find. It is a grey plastic junction box with two magnets on the back. It has been placed low to the ground, but you will need to climb all the way to top level of the parking structure to find this one (there are elevators). I visit this location frequently while riding my bike through downtown and the only people I have ever seen up there are bird watchers. Please note that although it is a public parking garage, parking is available to city employees only Monday-Friday. I have never parked there personally, because I always visit while on bicycle. I would recommend visiting on the weekend, as it always seems to be dead during Saturday and Sunday.
Please note that I did not hide this around where the cars are parked, so if you are snooping around cars looking for this cache, you are looking in the wrong place. If you cannot find it, refer to the hint and it should be pretty easy. It is placed at the top of the stairwell on the 5th Street side of the building. It is magnetic and should easily come off of the stair it is hidden on. It is NOT attached to any pipe or conduit./p>
This is my first cache, but I have picked up that it is nice to leave something for the first person who finds a cache. If you are the first person to sign the log sheet, feel free to take the small treasure within.
