Geocache Description:

Saturday in the park I think it was the fourth of July People reaching, people touching. A real celebration Waiting for us all If we want it, really want it Can you dig it? Yes, I can And I've been waiting such a long time For the day.


"Saturday in the Park" is a song written by Robert Lamm and recorded by the group Chicago for their 1972 album Chicago V, with Lamm on piano and lead vocals and Peter Cetera on bass and backing vocals. The single version hit #3 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the band's highest-charting single to date and helping lift the album to #1 on the charts. The single was certified Gold by the RIAA. This song is arguably their most popular song.

Cache is located in West Bloomfield's Drake Sports Park, one of the finest parks in the region. Plenty of parking available. Please follow all park hours and rules. No night caching allowed.
