Under the Mistletoe Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Phil100: This cache was set up to enable cachers to "tick a box". Having achieved that for a few years I think it is "past its sell by date" so I am archiving it!

Geocache Description:

This should be an easy find - a belated seasonal present for "box tickers"!

Mistletoe is the common name for several species of a parasitic plant of which Viscum album is the only native of Great Britain. The plants can grow on a wide variety of host trees on which the mistletoe depends for water and mineral nutrients. The European mistletoe featured in Greek mythology and in pre-Christian times was seen to represent fertility and romance. As a result we now have the Christmas custom of kissing under a sprig of it.
