Eiktunet culture museum in Gjøvik
Norsk: Her er det samlet byggninger fra 1650-1850 som gir et godt bilde av bygdenes historie og kultur. Området er åpent alle dager 08:00 – 20:00.
Naturområdet inneholder flere små vann, og det er tidvis inngjerdede saueflokker. Da det er noen bakker som kan dekkes med is om vinteren, anbefales det å komme hit om våren, sommeren og høsten.
Cachen ligger ved en nyere konstruksjon, nemlig huken. Den ligger likeved en lekeplass. Cachen ligger inne i en gjennomsiktig plastikkpose, og inneholder en plastikktube og en loggbok. Ta med egen penn.
English: Here you will find historical buildings from 1650-1850. The area is a public park, and is open each day from 08.00 - 20.00. The cache can be accessed by parking in the main parking lot.
The area includes some small hills and ponds, as well as flocks of sheep. Although it is accessable in the winter months, the area can become somewhat icey and slippery. It is recommended most during the warmer months.
The cache is located on the outside of one of the newer buildings, which is built to resemble a small shelter ("huk" in Norwegian). There is need to go inside. There is a children's playground nearby.
The cache is found inside a clear plastic bag, and consists of a clear tube and a log book. Please take with your own pen.
