Whitty Street Depot is one of the main tram depot. It began it's service on March 30th, 1989.
You DO NOT need to go out on the street when finding this cache. Please let me know if the coordinates are off. I tried to confirm the coords with google map so it should be pretty close. The cache is close to where people wait for tram, so please be stealthy. Due to jumpy reception, please refer to image.
