This is a unique cache on a great walk/drive path that you can park within 2 feet. It's on the San Diego River, just east of the Sea World exit.
PLEASE Geocachers, take care here. Notice it does not say "20 screwdrivers to freedom, or TTOT to freedom". Do not use tools or other methods to attempt to get this cache. It will work great as long as you do not shove something else in, or use muddy, slimy, river water.
