I juletiden synger nordmenn mange julesanger både i kirken, på fester og i hjemmene. Mange av sangene vi synger spenner over nesten et årtusen. De eldste av sangene som fortsatt er bevart ble først nedtegnet i middelalderen. Tilbake til middelalderen går også skikken med å synge julesanger. Tradisjonen utviklet seg fra mysterispill og kirkelige dramatiseringer av juleberetningen.

I nyere tid har det blitt mer og mer vanlig å høre på internasjonale, populære sanger på engelsk.

Bjelle-mor elsker å høre på julesanger og vi har derfor lagt ut en liten serie cacher til ære for noen av de flotte sangene. Hver cache har fått sin sang, og er plassert litt rundt forbi i nærområdet.
