Spindrift's Treasure I Traditional Cache

This cache is located in a small trail system in Harris Whalen Park.  You can access the trails from the parking lot on top of the hill and it's a great place to get a quick 15 minute stroll through a beautifully wooded area.

When my young son and I started geocaching, he was always so excited to go "treasure hunting" in the woods.  Now we're equally excited to be placing our first cache and we just couldn't help but call it the first name that came to mind... "Spindrift's Treasure".  We kept the location simple to get to and easy to find so that families with young children could enjoy the geocaching experience as much as we have.  The "treasure" is stocked with kid friendly items and we hope you have fun with your hunt in the woods!
