codebreaker Multi-Cache

This multi has 4 stages (listed coords, stage 1, stage 2 and final), and will take you about 1 km up the Gaspereau River.  The hike goes through some wet and muddy spots, so waterproof footwear is recommended (even in winter).

At the listed coordinates, you will find copies of a sheet of numbers.  Take one with you.  At stages 1 and 2, you will find "decoders" that will work with the number sheet to give you the north and west coordinates of the final cache.  All stages except the final are listed as waypoints for this cache.

The decoders are in metal tubes about the size of "AA" batteries.  Some of the shiny metal is visible.

Please return each decoder before going on to the next stage.

Containers from all stages are hanging from trees.

When placing these, I found the coordinates were variable (even with averaging). So here is some additional info:

• Start: Cluster of evergreens, a little bit up a hill from the fish signs.
• Stage 1: In a mature grove above the trail, hanging @ eye level, near barbed wire fence remnant.
• Stage 2: Hanging @ waist height, on a dead tree with many branches, near the river.
• Final: Hanging from a tree near the tip of a peninsula.
