2Colonels: This one has been muggled at least three times this season. When we checked on it today, there are dirty masks laying in the leaves. We think this may be a hang out for local area young people. In any case, three missing caches in one season says to us that it is a site not worth maintaining. Sorry that some people spoil the fun for others.

Geocache Description:

You don't have to climb the mountain to find this cache.  Park near the trailhead to Mt Baker, follow the trail a short distance, and then bushwack an even shorter distance.  If you decide to hike to the top, the views are great on a clear day.

The cache is a bison located near the trailhead to Mt Baker. Mt Baker is the smallest of the Saranac Lake 6er mountains. "Celebrate the outdoors in the Saranac Lake region of the Adirondacks by climbing the six peaks that surround Saranac Lake: Mckenzie, Ampersand, Scarface, Haystack, St. Regis, and Baker.
