Phineas and Ferb is an extremely popular kids program that ran on TV from 2007 until 2015.
The series follows Phineas Flynn and his English stepbrother Ferb Fletcher on their school summer vacation. Every day, the boys embark on some amazingly grand new project. This of course annoys their controlling sister, Candace, who frequently tries to reveal their shenanigans to their mother.
In every episode, there is usually some fantastic contraption built, funny running gags, lavish musical numbers, and a subplot that almost always features their pet, Perry the Platypus, working as a secret spy ("Agent P") for OWCA (the Organization Without a Cool Acronym). Agent P's primary mission is to fight an "evil" scientist intent on taking over the Tri-State area.
The two plots usually intersect at the end of each episode to impossibly erase all traces of the boys' project just before Candace can show it to their mother.
The series has several Emmy nominations and is popular with adults, as well as kids.
