Geocache Description:

A cache with a difference in PE. We thought it would be nice to have a new D/T in the city, so we made one.

This will be a unique and probably new cache location for most cachers. The cache is easy to find, but not so easy to get to. Tools will probably be required to retrieve the cache. Cache contains a pencil, but it is best to take your own. Residents closest to the cache are aware there of (that would be me). Please don't remove the container from its holder, remove just the lid!
