Located in a pine-wooded area...no real trail. Plenty of room to safely park on the shoulder of the road. The road is not very busy. Bring a pencil!
The cache is an ammo box with an official Geocaching label. The woods are pine trees with some light undergrowth. Children should have no problem maneuvering. There may be some poison oak so take care and watch the kids. Also watch for snakes, ticks and other country citizenry. The cache is well stocked. Originally it contained a Boy Scouts of America keyring, a 'Happy Halloween get-the-balls-in-the-holes' game, a white Speed Racer car, a red Speed Racer car, a pack of glow bracelets, two #15 moto-x motorcycles, two Ice Age Scrats, a snake, two McDonalds Hotel for Dogs dogs, a My Little Pony little pony, a radio/light (sans batteries), a helicopter, a Poly Pockets girl, a large-ish jet, a small-ish jet, and TeamLareau's 2006 CITO Geocoin #2!
