The location of this cache comes from a suggestion of our friends who live next to this creek on the Glenorchy Paradise Road. They walk up this creek bed every day with their dog and cat so if you see a cute Schnauzer and a black and white cat out walking with their owners, give them a wave – they’ll know what you are up to! The cache is located near the Precipice Waterfall which is part of Precipice Creek. It is a short easy walk from the car park to the waterfall on a marked walking track. There is no need to follow the track as far as the house to the left of the creek otherwise you will end up on private property . The cache is a screw top container which is painted dark green and is hidden well above the creek level.
