This is the third in a series of our winter friendly caches. Santa's Lil Helpers #3
now that it is winter it is becoming increasingly hard to keep my streak going and to get any FTFs. I find myself driving some distance just to get a daily find.
I placed these on the first day of winter 12/21 and what a fun icy day it was. we thought that there needed to be some more winter friendly caches in the area. So i figured it would be a good day to hide some winter caches. The weather was a bit crazy when these were hid, so even if the weather is bad they shouldn't be hard to find. We hope others see this need for winter caches in the area as well.
This one was placed near the new M231 interchange to I96 not far from the 2 new ramps to the highway.
Please do not attempt this cache from the highway! Use the new ramp to exit the highway for this quick find.
This series was for the nasty winter. I plan to archive most of the series as soon after the last bit of snow melts.
