The theatre opened in 1986 and offers a wide variety of plays, concerts and exhibitions and is managed by Fermanagh District Council.
Located on the banks of the Erne, with its own large public jetty for mooring, the theatre overlooks the old railway bridge supports which are still standing from Weir's Bridge, a location that may be used again if the proposed Enniskillen Southern bypass ever comes to fruition.
To the North side of the theatre building there is a path to take you up to Derrychara (and easily then on towards the town centre/lakeland forum) which is a quieter way of walking into the town centre from here rather than along the A4 and is ideal for kids/bicycles. This route forms a latter part of the Enniskillen 10k which takes place annually.
This cache is a park and grab with parking being available within a few feet of the cache and is located right next to the A4 within the grounds of the theatre. This area is always open to the public but care should be taken to avoid muggles during show times.
The theatre entrance is located just over the road from the main entrance to Castle Coole and just a few hundred yards from the Killyhevlin Hotel.
Please replace the cache in the same orientation as it was found, as we found this fitted most snugly.
Also, as the cache is a micro, it may be useful to bring tweezers to extract the log.
