Honkajoen meijeri on sijainnut tällä paikalla, missä nyt on Pirjon Pakarin leipomo ja myymälä. Pirjon Pakarilla on leipomot myös Seinäjoella, Nurmijärvellä ja Ylöjärvellä, mutta kotipaikka ja ensimmäinen leipomo on tietysti Honkajoella.
Honkajoen meijeri perustettiin vuonna 1890 ja 1925 siitä tuli Osuusmeijeri. Meijeritoiminta loppui 1980 -luvulle tultaessa ja rakennus purettiin 1984.

The Honkajoki dairy is located in this place, where Pirjon Pakari's bakery and shop are now. Pirjon Pakar also has bakeries in Seinäjoki, Nurmijärvi and Ylöjärvi, but the home and first bakery are of course in Honkajoki. Honkajoki Dairy was founded in 1890 and in 1925 it became a Cooperative Dairy. The dairy business ceased in the 1980s and the building was demolished in 1984.
