Just got back from a Christmas visit with family in the Anderson area with Apparition Cacher. When we are not spending time with family, we look at the map and plan a caching trip. This time, I looked at that map a little closer and noticed the diversity of cache types and thought: Wonder how many different cache types we can do in a day? So I put together a list with backups for each type except one (lived dangerously with the letterbox) and we set out on our personal challenge. Now you can do the same and collect your smiley.

We're thankful for all of the awesome caches in the area that made this possible.
The requirements:
- 9 unique cache types must be logged on a single calendar day.
- There are no restrictions on the calendar day. It could be prior to this cache's publishing.
- Caches can be found anywhere, but the log must be signed in SC. If you are travelling through and would like to log this cache in the future, please feel free to sign the log in advance of making your 9 finds, but please leave the FTF spot and prize for the first to meet all requirements. If you do so, we ask that you write a note on the cache page indicating that you signed in advance and maybe tell us your plans.
- Please use this site to verify that you meet the qualifications to log this cache:

I will also use this site to verify any found logs and delete those that do not qualify.
You must meet all of the above requirements to log this cache online. I've never deleted a log before and I really don't want to do that here, so please complete all of the requirements. Here's hoping that you have a legen... wait for it.. dary caching day.
Daylight hours only. Please consider parking in the grass off Shackleburg Road instead of Martin Road as the traffic on Martin Road can be rather busy. The cache is located on private property owned by family, and they know all about geocaching. They'll be watching you from the northwest. We "took them out to the ball game" a year ago as non-caching members and they really enjoyed the day. The difficulty here is not about the hide, it's about the challenge.
