This cache is in a very pleasant sitting area with a great water feature that runs during the warmer weather. You'll find lots of strollers and folks enjoying their lunches. The cache is a small camo'd micro. GPS is very bouncy due to high building that surround the spot. If needed use the spoiler image in the hint to get your hands on cache. There is decorative lighting and associated wiring in the area. Cache is not in, near, or touching any of these objects. Update: The cache is now snow friendlier (but if there is a lot of snow they don't shovel this area so can be difficult to near the cache location)
