On the maps it's called PJ Taylor Park but, as JimC61 pointed out, the sign at the park says RJ Taylor Park. Cache is a camo 35mm film container, so BYOP. Parking lot is accessible off Melville. Park hours are 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
I never knew this park was here though I drive within a block of it weekly. With 4 inches of snow overnight there were no muggles, but that will change with nicer weather.
