Sunday 2 March 2014 at 230pm.

The basics:
• FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT
• ALL Cachers are welcome
• EVENT FOCUS “Quality caching”
• EVENT MOTTO “NO Spruce trees were hurt in the making of this event”
• EVENT THEME “ comics, cartoons, and/or super heroes.”
• NO PREMIUM Caches, please convert caches after the event
• Winter friendly caches (yes, winters vary)
• Event(s) and caches will be bookmarked for you (we make the query for you)
• Caches to be placed and validated by “CacheEffect” by 22 February 2014
• verifying cache locations early, greatly assists the process
• Please use a GPS to place a cache, no smart-phone placed caches
• Caching with your Smart-phone, is however encouraged
• Cache finding start time: 0900 hrs 1 March 2014
• Cache finding end time: 1500 hrs 2 March 2014 (score cards must be handed in, or they may not count)
• EVENT WRAP-UP START TIME: 1430 hrs 2 March 2014
• Event LOGBOOK will be at the wrap-up venue
• Wrap-up location will likely be same as last year N 53° 40.132 W 113° 29.314
• volunteers needed, suggestions taken
• And most importantly, THANK-YOU sponsors


The cache placement radius limit this year will accommodate the quality focus. (graphic displayed has a radius larger than last year’s radius, hope you all like the expansion)
