Jim Croce sang a song about Bad Bad Leroy Brown from the Southside of Chicago. Well, this isn't Chicago but it IS on the Southside of town. In Slidell, Louisiana.
The nearby bar and grill is home to delicious food and serves as a memorial to Marines and military in general. Before Katrina, not a bare spot could be seen on the walls due to war and military gear, weapons, photos and posters. While rebuilding from the flood, the building caught fire and all was destroyed. Stop in to see the new memorabilia and have a bite to eat. Tell 'em Dr. Ken sent ya! :)
