Sometimes you have to step out of the forest to find the answers you seek. Sometimes what looks like open space really isn't.

Special Notes about the 2014 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. All "point" scoring is arbitrary, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be announced sooner at the celebration party, and even that might not happen in the right order). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.
Special Notes about this month's puzzle: It happened again! I guess I don't learn. Premium caches don't show on my map; so the hide area looked wide open, but there was a cache 153 feet away. So, I had to hide a new cache somewhere else and skip the CITO events, so that I could redo the puzzle. For the last digit of the latitude, use the bigger number.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
