Be stealthy when grabbing this one, there are usually muggles everywhere! Early in the morning would be your best bet. Or during the day while school's in session. Bring your kids and they can play while you look! Difficulty rating is because of the muggle factor, and becuase it may be hard to spot during different seasons.
