Macroburst's Lost Chile's Lost Cache Traditional Cache

This cache started life off as a ChileHead cache (http://coord.info/GCXMKP) and then was lost and found, and came back as a Macroburst cache (http://coord.info/GC1864P) and was lost and found again, and hence is now Macroburst Lost Chile's Lost Cache.

The decon container has been chewed up a bit and is no longer water proof, so it contains a smaller cache inside of it which hopefully should be waterproof.
