There's a parking lot with a sign labelled Strawberry Hill on the left side of Jeffery's Neck Road where you can park. Multiple trails take you over the hill and around the marsh. Overall it's a really beautiful area.
A nice trail leads almost all the way to the cache itself, although you might have to do a little bush whacking.
