Rock of Ages Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Reviewer Revan: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so I am regretfully archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace this cache sometime in the future (not to exceed 10 days from the date of this entry), just contact me (by e-mail), and assuming it still meets the current Guidelines, I will consider unarchiving this cache.

Please be advised this is not a guarantee that this geocache will be unarchived. Many factors will go into my decision. The most important of which is how you responded to geocachers who tried to communicate with you regarding the problem(s) with this geocache hide and how you communicated with me, the Reviewer Revan.

Geocache Description:

This cache is in a cemetery so daylight caching only, please.

There is currently a temporary container because we doubt one like this will last in this particular location. RM couldn't pass up a chance to nab this spot.

Gratz to 2Nutz on FTF!

What is the difference between a graveyard and a cemetery?  A graveyard is associated with a church while a cemetery is not.  Now days most use the terms  interchangeably.

Redd is a big fan  of cemetery caches, the older, the better. While out at this cemetery picking up a few smilies on New Year's Day, we drove right by the perfect location for yet another cliche Redd Metal cache but by now would you expect anything else?!

According to Wiki:  "Rock of Ages" is a song by Def Leppard from their 1983 album Pyromania. It takes its name from the hymn "Rock of Ages". When released as a single in the United States, the song reached number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number one on the Top Tracks rock chart

***As with every RM cache, please preview the YouTube link before viewing with children. Redd Metal is admittedly liberal with their music. ***
