Geocache Description:

This cache IS at the above coordinates This is a challenge cache that requires you to do a task before logging it as a find.

Feel free to sign the logbook and be sure to write a note on the cache page so that we know it was found, but you cannot log it as a find until you have met the requirements. I will delete any logs that do not concur.

Ah, new year means new beginnings. Your challenge, if you choose to accept it is to:

Have your find rate of caches equal to the last two digits of the year for at least one full calendar day.

For example: this new year is 2014, so you must find at least 14 caches on January 1st, to have your find rate per day for that year to be equal to 14 caches/day. You can find this in your statistic section of your profile. Now, if you forget to find caches on January 1st, but find 28 caches on January 2ed, then this would count as your find rate would be 14 caches/day.

This challenge caches is an easy one to complete if you do this in January, but hard in December. Difficulty is a 3 as it is in the middle of 1 and 5.

Rules

1. You can qualify for this challenge in two ways. One way is to find at least 14 caches on January 1st, 2014 OR 13 caches on January 1st, 2013 and so on. Another way is to find at least 5110 caches in the year 2014 OR find at least 4745 caches in 2013 and so on. You can calculate this by the number of days in the year either 365 OR 366 multiplied by the last two digits of the year. Both have the cache find rate per day equal to the last two digits of the year in your caches/day rate.

2. Previous years DO count, if you can prove it. You can either post a bookmark of the qualifying caches that MUST show the date you found them, or you can take a screenshot of the year where you qualify showing that your total is equal to the last two digits of the year. You can also list the caches and the date your found them in your log. You must have some proof of justification.

3. You do not have to keep your find rate the same all year round. You can find 14 caches on January 1st, 2014 and that is all the caching you will do for the year and still qualify IF you can proof it at the time of your "Found it" log is submitted .

4. You MUST have a FULL number. You cannot have 1.4 caches/day for 2014. In order to quality, you must have at least 14 caches/day for your find rate in 2014 or 13 caches/day for 2013 and so on. No less, but the higher the number, the more fun you will have!

5. Exclusions. All cache finds are included EXCEPT benchmarks, lab caches (The type, not j_czerwin's caches) AND Locationless (Reverse) Caches.

6. At the time of your "Found It" log you must be eligible for this challenge. You cannot log it without completing this challenge.
