This is a complete re-do of this cache. You will need something to compensate for the height handicap. You may use your car or a friend on your shoulders.

Many muggles! Need for stealth contributes to the difficulty level of this cache. The closest business, that can see you while you search is open Mon-Sat 9am- 5pm. It will be very hard to get the cache during those hours. Good luck and have fun.
