This geocache is located beside a marked public footpath approximately 300 metres east of the Rugby Road in the village of Harborough Magna. The footpath starts at a kissing gate leading to a farm lane, descending slightly downhill. After passing another couple of seven bar steel farm gates, the path continues eastward between two hawthorn hedges. At the bottom of the slope, it passes over a small wooden footbridge with a stile at each end.
The path down to this point can get VERY wet after rain so boots would be recommended.
The location of the geocache is close to a drainage stream which passes under the footpath by way of a large bore concrete pipe. Unless you are very familiar with the classification of British trees and plants, you may need to look up the Latin names in the Hint, used to identify the precise location of the cache.
