There's only one likely place for this little guy to hang around. You can probably see it from your car! Terrain is based on the possible difficult roads getting to the cache although we stayed in 2WD all the way here with no problem.
2/21/16 update: Cache is now a waterproof match container wrapped in black electrical tape with a blue label attached with the permit number on the outside of the container. It's about 5' in to the woods hanging about 3' up from the back side of a tree. It should be an easy find. The point of this cache is to give you a reason to drive into the heart of Wharton, not to make a tough find. Enjoy!
