Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

The seven digits defining the latitude of the cache were placed on a loop of string. The same was done with the eight digits of the longitude. The two string loops were then combined into a single loop with the latitude digits placed between the longitude digits and a single cut was made. The resulting arrangement of digits is shown below and now it’s your turn to determine what to do next.
